Every living being needs air, water and nutriment to live here on planet earth. Some living beings need more than that to want to stay here. Sex, drugs, and rock n roll is the soul food necessary to sustain the hedonist life force. Sex, drugs, and rock n roll induce a state of euphoria, chaos, procreation and creativity, altered energies that gives one a sense of purpose beyond mere survival.
Existence without sex, drugs and rock n roll is austere, simple, and routine. Early risers, clergy people, 9-5ers, the religious and morality-defenders are dependable, predictable and controlled. The hedonist addict is the exact opposite; living a free-wheeling, dope-dealing, and rhythm-feeling lifestyle is the counter modus operandi than that of the status quo. To experiment with taboos and defy body politic legislation of our personal bodies is a middle finger to repressive attitudes of Western society
To live a life filled with sex, drugs and rock n roll is anti-establishment. Extrasensory revelry of our most savage reptilian or more accurately mammalian lusty selves exists as a natural right before imposed and unnatural laws. Fuck rules, fuck conformity, fuck passivity, fuck you telling me what I can and can not do. Rock n roll has rebelled against prescribed sexual, social and ethical mores with pride and kick!
Sex, drugs and rock n roll is the comfort food for the wild and adventurous. Miss Manners and Mr. Man can have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Let the hedonists satisfy their inherent craving for freedom and life affirming human experience the only way they can with gusto!
