Six Feet Under star Rachel Griffiths and husband, artist Andrew Taylor, have welcomed a new addition to their family. People magazine report that the 36-year-old Australian-born actress, who plays Brenda the TV series, gave birth to a 8 lb. daughter on Thursday in Los Angeles.
This is the second child for Griffiths, who joins older brother one-and-a-half year-old Banjo Patrick.
Griffiths' spokesperson tells the magazine that the family is "extremely happy" and both mother and baby are doing well.
The couple have not yet announced the name of their newborn.
