Kenya has decided to blacklist the Kenyan athletes who are defecting to other countries. The government doesn't like the fact that they train these guys in Kenyan camps and then they go to compete for some other country, against Kenya.

The Kenyan government has decided that these sportsmen will now have to renew their visas to come back to Kenya - thus they have to do the same as any tourist coming to Kenya has to do.

The last defection was by Bernard Lagat who has won medals in Olympics and who has now defected to USA.
