Benjamin Cohen is going to the High Court to contest the confiscation of his domain name itunes.co.uk. He had registered the domain in early 2000 and ran a music search engine in there.

He offered the domain name for Apple for an undisclosed amount of money. However, Apple is not interested in that. They just want the domain name. Apple contacted the registrar who then transferred the ownership to Apple.

And of course, Benjamin Cohen does not agree with it.
