The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Svyatoslav Piskun confessed in a recent interview with the Financial Times that Kiev has sold 18 strategic air-surface missiles to Tehran and Beijing in year 2001.

The above-mentioned missiles are capable of carrying nuclear warheads.

The agreement to sell 18 nukes to Iran and China was arranged by Ukranian Defence Ministry and the Security Service. The deal was based on fake contract with the Russian state-owned defence corporation Russian Arms.

Ukranian deputy Grigori Omelchenko said that according to international agreements these missiles should have been either sold to Russia or destoryed.

The mentioned missile deal is something that Washington was afraid of the most - deal that gave Iran up-to-date strategic weapon.
