Oil baron Mikhail Khodorkovsky, former Russia's richest man, has been sentenced to jail for 9 years. He was found guilty of fraud and tax evasion. He has already spent more than 18 months between 4 walls due to hearings, investigations and trial itself.

The sentence and the whole noise around Khodorkovsky is, however, considered by many a political move by president Putin. Allegedly Khodorovsky was ACTUALLY sentenced for his political ambitions. Although such thoughts have been brought out by different people around the globe, it is still not possible to say which way is ACTUALLY is - is the man really guilty or was he framed?

While Khodorkovsky's lawyers are preparing an appeal, the prosecutors are preparing to get even more charges against the man.
