Singapore is one of those places that most people in transit to other destinations in Europe would have visited at one time or another. I am of the view though that Singapore represents much more than just the transit lounge at Chang Airport and that this small country is well worth a visit. |

Chinese Justice - A Bit Like Chinese Shirts - Cheap and Nasty
Try this one for stupidity.
Chinese Government owned company, Chinalco, tries to buy into Anglo-Australian iron ore miner, Rio Tinto, and fails in its bid because Rio had other ideas in terms of who controlled the company as well as the fact that the Australian Government and the general population did not like the deal either. |
