Myanmarese students observe 63rd birthday of Aung San Suu Kyi with a peace march
Yangon/New Delhi, June 19 (ANI): Women's League of Burma observe 63rd birthday of Aung San Suu Kyi with a peace march in New Delhi on Thursday, and urged the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government to put pressure on the military regime of Myanmar for the quick release of their leader.
About 150 students from Myanmar wearing red headbands and carrying banners and posters of Aung San Suu Kyi, chanted for the return of democracy to Myanmar and the freedom of their leader.
