A A US man was so worried about missing his court date he dialled the emergency services for a wake-up call.
Donald Archie Baker, 51, from Kawartha, rang 911 at 3.30am to request a wake-up call to wake him up later so he could attend court. After being warned he was abusing the service, he then rang the local police to make the same request. After finding out the man's identity, police found there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest, on a charge with theft under $5,000 and went to his house to arrest him. TAGS: Weird-news
