Blaze media pro is an interesting all-in-one multimedia application that includes editing software for video as well as audio. But not only, it includes a converter for formats including (but not limited to) mp3, WMA, WAW, OGG. You can use the MOV converter to convert QuickTime Movie to other formats such as MPG, AVI or WMV.
