L London, July 15 : Formula 1 boss Max Mosley's sadomasochistic sex session with prostitutes was no "Carry On caper but true depravity", the High Court has heard.
  Mosley, the 68-year-old son of the 1930s Fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley, has said that his life was devastated by the expose made by the newspaper 'News of the World'. Defending the paper, Mark Warby QC, counsel for the News of the World, said the newspaper had been justified in saying the motorsport boss had taken part in a "sick Nazi orgy" because the events which took place in a flat in Chelsea in March were "truly grotesque and depraved". Making his closing speech in the case, in which Mosley is claiming breach of privacy, Warby suggested there had been a deliberate attempt by Mosley's legal team to make the group sex session out to be "some kind of worthy activity". They had also tried to pass it off as "nothing more than hanky-spanky", he said. But, he claimed, the "game" which Mosley and the prostitutes were filmed playing, in which some participants spoke in German and in which role-play included talk of head shaving and lice inspections, would "appal" the children of holocaust victims. "There was a general attempt both in the written evidence of the women and in oral evidence to present it as some kind of worthy activity attended by the most strict health and safety precautions as though it was all being carried out under the guidance of the Bondage and Sadomasochism Regulatory Authority," Telegraph quoted Warby as telling Justice Eady at the hearing in London. Warby said there was talk of "meetings" or "parties" and squeamishness about the use of the word "brutal" to describe spanking sessions, which drew blood. The true picture was very different from what Mosley and his witnesses had tried to depict, and involved "psychological darkness", Warby added.
