The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the petition filed by Parliament attack case convict Shaukat Hussain Guru.
Guru in his petition challenged his ten years imprisonment.
A Bench headed by Justice P P Naolekar said, "We do not find any reason to interfere with our verdict."
Shaukat had contended that he was convicted by the apex court on August 4, 2005, under Sections 123 (concealing conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the offence for which he was never charged.
He had filed the curative petition after his review petition was dismissed.
