Winter Vacation Extended for Snow Bound Areas of Kashmir By Haamid Ansari, thecheers.org    2008-02-29 11:23:07     () S Srinagar, February 29 – The Jammu and Kashmir government Friday announced the extension of winter vacation in the educational institutions of Kashmir Division. The identification of areas shall be made by the respective Directors of School Education in consultation with local educational authorities.
