Coldplay's new single "Speed of Sound" went into US Top 10 and landed on spot number 8. This is the first time a British band has a single in the US top 10 since 1968. Before Coldplay, only Beatles with their single "Hey Jude" have achieved the same.
Coldplay is popular not only in USA, but also in UK, where their single is on the hot first spot in the downloads chart.
