Sarah, the ex-wife of Britain's Prince Andrew, has revealed she is still crippled by severe depression and her black moods are only eased by a relaxing soak in the bath.

She said: "Every minute of my day I think I am fat, ugly and disgusting - that I am unworthy and nobody likes me. I find it very difficult dealing with the darkness in the mornings. I go and work out then I have an ice bath. It invigorates me for the rest of the day."

Sarah - who spent months living with a hard-up family on a Hull council estate in order to educate them on healthier living for new TV show 'The Duchess in Hull' - also admits she is worried about leaving the US and returning home to the UK.

She said: "I am terrified the British people aren't going to come with me. I am taking a real gamble. I guess I can always go back to America."

'The Duchess in Hull' will be broadcast on ITV in two parts on May 19 and May 20.
