The 19-year-old royal was at the Masters Tournament in Surrey's Hurtwood Park Polo Country Club when she was approached by 32-year-old Brendan - who is a professional dancer on the hit UK TV show - who offered to teach her some of his best moves.

An onlooker said: "Beatrice asked Brendan if he could show her his best moves. So he taught her what looked like a routine from 'Dirty Dancing' and then the tango. Beatrice was laughing hysterically!"

Beatrice - who is currently working unpaid at London department store Selfridges as a personal shopper for VIP clients - was praised by fashion commentators for her outfit choice at the event.

The curvy teenager looked chic in a white dress, aviator sunglasses and ballet pumps.

She was recently criticised after a photograph of her in a bikini while on holiday in the Caribbean with boyfriend Dave Clarke sparked attacks on her figure.

The princess is set to study a history degree at London's Goldsmiths College in September.
