J Jordan's Queen Rania joined her fellow Jordanians on a march to highlight the amount of road accidents in the kingdom. The mother-of-four - known for her charity work on children and education issues - signed a petition calling for greater efforts to prevent the tragedies. Over the next three months awareness-raising efforts will aim to reduce speeding, improper use of lanes, ignoring stop signs and the use of mobile phones while driving. Last month, Raina urged the kingdom to create a job every seven minutes in order to stop unemployment levels increasing and urged for educational reform to meet the labour market requirements. Speaking at the opening conference in Amman on unemployment, she said: "In order to prevent unemployment rates from rising in Jordan, we have to create 80,000 jobs annually, or, in other words, a job every seven minutes. "70 per cent of Jordan's population are under 30. As they grow up, they need a creative, diverse and developing job market. "How can our children take part in a competitive international market if their education does not meet market needs? "We can't change our path unless we change the quality of our education."
