The 29-year-old sportsman was on the way to watch England's Six Nations match against Ireland at London's Twickenham Stadium when he was pulled over for speeding in his Range Rover Sport.
The England rugby star reportedly failed a breath test after being stopped by police on the M4 motorway at 10.55am on Saturday morning (15.03.08), the day after a heavy drinking session at the Cheltenham Festival horse races, in Gloucestershire, England.

After failing the breath test, he was then reportedly taken to a police station and held for several hours, causing him to miss out on commentating on the match for TV.
Mike and Zara, 26, reportedly got so drunk on free-flowing champagne at the races on Friday (14.03.08) that by the end of the day they could barely stand.
A source who saw the couple later that evening at nearby Monty's restaurant said: "Zara fell off her chair and hit her head on the table. Mike was actually sick over himself."
When the pair finally called it a night, they were escorted by bodyguards back to Gloucestershire's Gatcombe Park estate, the private country home of Zara's mother Princess Anne where the couple live.
