Moss had arrived at the Watergate Club looking stunning in a black mini dress and a pair of T-bar heels, and her blonde locks looked fuller and more tousled than usual, reports the Telegraph.
But as the 34-year-old model was leaving the Berlin club, where the party was held to celebrate the launch of her new perfume, Velvet Hour, it soon came to light that the locks did not belong to her, especially after the blonde hair extensions fell out.
As she was returning to her hotel, Moss had a malfunction with her head set. A clump of her hair extension fell on to the red carpet, and it was pounced upon by the photographers waiting at the side.
It was later picked up by one of the photographers, who posed for a cheeky snap with the extension.
Meanwhile, Moss and her boyfriend, Jamie Hince of The Kills, are expected to fly to Majorca this weekend for some relaxation.
