American film actor John Cusack has taken a shot at U.S. President George W. Bush and presidential hopeful John McCain in a fiery new online ad.

Cusack in his statement, suggested that McCain will not be any better than Bush if Americans elect him as their next leader in the November (08) elections.

The actor has gone so far as to pose a "pop quiz" for viewers asking them about their knowledge of Bush and McCain.

One of the questions that he put forward dealt with the US troops being in Iraq.

"Who supports keeping our troops in harms way in Iraq, but not a bipartisan bill of rights to support them when they return home?" Contactmusic quoted him as asking.

Another question was regarding the two Republicans and their deal closer to home.

"Who opposed healthcare for uninsured children last year?" he asked.

The queries the actor had shot out were answered with the same fast-paced rant.

"The answer is... both," he said.

He later urged viewers to go to MoveOn.org to do a small little quiz on the two politicians.

"Take the Bush/McCain challenge. I bet you can't tell them apart," he added. (ANI)
