Aguilera gained a lot of weight after she gave birth to her son Max, but she has also been able to shed three stones in four months.
The secret to the singer's weight lost, as revealed by her, is her 90-minute workout sessions five days a week and keeping off white bread.
The one thing however that she just does not seem able to keep away from is sweets. She had developed a huge craving for them during her pregnancy.
"Oh, my God, candy!" the Sun quoted her as having exclaimed to Us Weekly.
"I had a huge craving for candy toward the end of the pregnancy, from Starbursts to Skittles," she said.
"I actually took a picture of myself with my big belly in a little lingerie top, surrounded by bowls of the candy I like," she added. (ANI)
