'The Kooks' frontman was left devastated after the 39-year-old songtress refused to meet him on Kylie's X2008 opening night in Paris. "We heard she was having a party so asked if we could come. But Kylie moves in her own way - and said no way!" the Mirror quoted him as saying. However, the 23-year-old singer insists that he has not yet given up. "We were gutted. I like her and her songs. I won't give up. We'll try again next time we're in the same city," he added.
