According to a report in The Las Vegas Review-Journal, the former 'Baywatch' hottie, stripped down at the Palms Fantasy Towers on Apr 5 at Hefner's 82nd birthday to nothing but a pair of high heels.
"He was stunned. He had the biggest smile I've ever seen," The Daily Telegraph quoted Palms owner George Maloof, as telling the paper.
Meanwhile, the 40-year-old Hollywood beauty has landed her own reality show.
The half-hour series, now called Pamela, is set to air on the US cable TV network and will be produced by the company behind the critically lauded documentary The Eyes of Tammy Faye, about one-time TV evangelist Tammy Faye Baker Messner, who died last year.
