Chinese government declared that some thugs in the streets of Lhasa killed people and set fire to shops. But a woman from Thailand recognized a thug who was a policeman disguised as a thug. The woman had a friend working in a police substation. As she often went there, she knew all the policemen there. Once she saw some thugs under arrest were taken into the substation and the policeman she recognized was among the thugs, holding a knife as the evidence of his crime.
