The Tibetans continue to demonstrate in Tibet. On 03/16/08, the Chinese government authorities confessed for the first time that they fired at the demonstrators and four persons killed. The demonstration extended to other regions inhabited by Tibetans. Many protestors were arrested. Foreign reporters were ordered to leave Tibet.
