Most excellent article! It of course will never happen now that God is on the President's payroll, but it would be the best solution for the problem.
Of course I'd take it a step further and make it even harder for married people to have kids as well. It seems wrong that you need a license to own a dog, drive a car, & buy a gun, but feel free to pump out as many kids as you want to so long as you have no real idea how to raise them.
Marriage shouldn't be that easy a step for everyone. Of course I shouldn't talk. I got married in Vegas!
