Well the anti smoking police have eventually got their fingernails into the capital of prohibition country. Will you lie down just like we have in the UK and accept everything the tobacco control freaks tell you ? I sincerely hope not!! You are famed for giving the previous control freaks a bloody nose and you did not role over then. The unfortunate result was to promote organised crime that eventually spread around the world. The control freaks did not think about the unintended consequences then and clearly they havent today. They are still so driven to impose their will on others that these consequences are irrelevant or they naively think that they can get away with it now without those consequences. There is still a minority in the UK doing their best to overturn our new puritan 'master race' who will use any tactic to get and keep control. The use of dubious, manipulated or downright untrue 'scientific evidence' is common place. I hope that you will do your bit too for freedom and liberty for all, not just 'the chosen few'. This is global phenomenon now.
Incidentally, There is no credible evidence to suggest that second hand smoke is harmful to health - but, there is some to say that it may well be beneficial to children who are exposed to it as you were.
