...how can someone post something like this??? How can you judge people like that? Do you have an idea of what love can be like? Are you the ones who know everything? You can only be ashamed of your fear, I think.

I feel immense pity for this woman, I truly do. The fact that she was deprived of a mother figure and a father figure from birth explains her later behaviour. Marrying, and rather quickly divorcing, a man who was 15 years older than her shows her deluded desperation for a father. It is a great shame that she had to ruin this man's life by using him for a brief period until she finally admitted to herself what she was actually doing. I understand that she is a serious attention seeker and this explains her refusal to use prosthetic legs and arms as she was expected to. Knowing that fame would blossom from her stubborness she continued to go on without these aids. What a tragedy.

Absolutely revolting. A creature that is willing to allow her son to grow up and see articles stating, "his birth was a happy accident", after a brief fling! Most people in her situation would endure sleepless nights trying to decide whether or not to risk having a child considering all the potential complications of phocomelia. Disabled people are human beings, as are able people, yet here they are portrayed collectively as defiant heroes. I was under the impression that they just wanted to be normal? I was most disgusted by her disregard for her statue's temporary brothers, those who fought in battle and died for what they believed in, " At least I didn't get here by slaying people"

What courage! What determination! What didication! What talent! I am in total awe of this woman. There are women who are perfectly normal and they cannot step foot in this wonderful woman shoes. Alison keep doing what you are doing. I tip my hat to you. I am truely humbled.
