fasley accused and want to prove i'm innosent/ NY 2006-06-19 13:38:40

My goal in life is to find someone to help me prove my innosents when I am being accused and founfd guilty based on paper work NOT TRUTH. Please help me or let me know who can help me. It wont change the trouble that i am in, but it's for my personal gain to Prove ot everyone who doubted me and made judgement without ever knowing thr facts. I will make a long story short. I came to Florida to work and get astablished. My plan was to get a nice home for my family and start a new life in the sunny state of Florida. Well that isn't what happened. Being from New York, and being a kindhearted good person that I am, I made a wrong decision, by giving someone I didn't know very well a ride, when he set me up to try a steal my SUV. What happened is this, One Night in december aroung 9 or 9:30pm on a Sunday evening, this man who lived in my neighborhood asked me for a ride, although i did not want to go out, I did. I somewhat knew this man because I seen hime almost everyday for about 4 or 5 weeks as we lived very close to one another and I would see him almost daily at the local store, or gas station, the car wash and many other mutual placed. he always was friendly and you to make a comment about my SUV truck, always asking me when aaam I going to let him hold it? or when am I going to let him wash it? just always trying to get access to my truck, but NEVER did I fall for that. It didn't seem to unusal for a man to make those kind of comments, because being from New York I hear that alot, it
s just a man thing wanting to ride in a nice SUV and act like they are bad. Well back to the subject, on that night in December, he asked me for that reide and just minutes after dropping him off the police came out of no where, pulld me over without cause, and asked to search my truck, well knowinh I had nothing to hide, I let them search, but I was wrong, because after about 10 or 15 minutes that just happened to find what they said was cocaine.that was bad enough but hers what happened next, I kept tell the police it wasn't mine and how I had just dropped off that guy and they wouldn't listen, but a few minutes later that same man came up to the police officer and shoook his had, while I was being arrested and then they both (the guy & the police officer) had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to give the guy the keys to my SUV as it was going to be towed because I was going to jail. Well I said HELL NO to both of them and I have been fighting to prove my innosents ever sience. It is costing me alot of money going to all the group and meeting they make me go to that is for people who have drug and drinking problems, but I have no choice or I go to jail. I have been away from my kids and family for months try to get back home to the state I came from before getting into this mess and it's more money that is the hold up, but it's almost time for me to leave, but I want so much to do EVERYTHING I can do now and when I get home to prove my innosents to all those people that made judgetment and assused me of something I did NOT do. Please Please help me. I would apprecial anything you could do to help me
