Fuel Up to Play 60 initiative, partnership of National Dairy Council and National Football league, is teaching people about lactose intolerance and everything related. What it is and what it definitely isn't. And one thing it definitely does not mean, is that you can not eat any dairy products whatsoever. You can.
Deion Branch of the New England Patriots had first-hand experience with it. As part of the initiative he spent a day at a dairy farm - met some great people from Jordan Dairy Farm, had some fun, milked a cow. You can see the video about him doing that by following the link.
Lactose intolerance affects around 25 million Americans, and many of them believe that due to this condition they can not even consume low-fat milks or cheeses or yoghurt's. However, this is not correct, even they can use certain products to get their daily intake of calcium, protein, potassium and vitamins A and D that dairy products are filled with.

PS: The answer to the question in the headline, of course, is cows, real cows.
