The new triplets are all girls, and although they were born prematurely, they and their mother are said to be doing well.

Pamela - who turned 17 at the beginning of this week - and her family already receive help from the provincial authorities, which donated land and built them a house when the first set of triplets was born.

Pamela's mother, who cleans houses to support her daughter and grandchildren, says they will now seek more assistance from the government.
