Just found this site so I am not sure whether it has already been commented on or was even noticed.

Back in 2001 about half way through the year The Social Security act of 1991 was changed to the Social Security (administration)2000 act. When this happened they then enforced this act from the year 2000 and then charged and sentence thousands of people during 2000-2001 for centrelink over payments that under the 1991 act (which was still the current act)was allowable until they back dated the 2000 act after the fact.
I know this to be true as I was in court for almost 2 years fighting it on principle while risking a jail term. During the first case (of which the only evidence I was allowed to use was a 28pg transcript recorded during an interview with centrelink officers, all other evidence showing discrepancies with centrelink was refused) the public prosecutor had some serious arguments with the magistrates that were involved in making a judgment towards the cases as the prosecutor kept telling the judges they had to charge me so that the flood gates wouldn't open leaving the federal government open to litigation with counter charges from either common law or civil law (I believe that is already suspect to have this argument if everything is legit). The time period that the prosecution was trying to get me for was between 1997 - 2001. All charges before 2000 were quashed outright much to the chagrin of the prosecutor (another serious argument between prosecutor and magistrate). When the prosecutor stated that this was unacceptable and would appeal the magistrate immediately put me on a 3yr good behavior bond causing double jeopardy so that I could not be sentenced again only charged. The 2nd case(by appeal of public prosecutor)went for about 14 mths due the case being continually deferred (I think this happened because the magistrate was not happy with the prosecutions reasons for the appeal)in the end the magistrate made a statement before passing down the charge against me. The statement is as follows: I do not want to charge this man as I don't believe he has done anything wrong. Unfortunately I don't have a choice because the law is NOT about what is right or wrong, it is NOT about morals or ethics, it is NOT about justice. The LAW is about the LAW and it says I have to charge him so I have to charge him. Outside the courtroom after the case even the prosecutor came to me and apologized. Both magistrates were disgusted with what the DPP and centrelink did.

This seems like a very sad thing when the legal system can be usurped for political and economic expedience with absolutely no regard to the constituents of this country but to cover the incompetence, negligence and I believe corruption of the very people whom are supposed to represent us the people and the country under the guise of doing all of us a favour.

This story dose have more to it but it just gets to depressing. I just hope that what I have shared may help someone somewhere so that they don't have to experience the same thing.

Another victim here of Centrelink corruption. Despite my pleas to other supposedly regulatory bodies, Centrelink was not only allowed to carry on with their attack on myself and family, but have not been stopped nor reprimanded.

FOI Laws have become a crock. If they don't want to give you access to your file, they simply ignore your legal requests, try to baffle you with bs, and fail to provide same.

Many federal and social security laws have been broken during their attack on myself. No one cares. No one does anything. My family ended up homeless while my health continues to deteriorate.

It was all over a claim for a two Disability Pension for myself. My Disability Employment Agency rigged my health assessments, and I was forced to work again, ending up with two slipped discs in my arthritically deteriorating spine, and another two discs buldging and ready to go.

All the while, rather than admit that the Disability Employment Service acted corruptly, Centrelink continually rejected my claim for a pension, and still sends me letters demanding I get a job or loose my Newstart Allowance. I would like to see one of those idiots forced to work with the degree of illness and injury I am experiencing.

While the issue, as mentioned here is now fairly old, the fact remains that episodes such as the AWB scandal were never properly dealt with.

To quote a female staff member of PIC “The Police and Centrelink are working together to make your life a living hell”.
Centrelink is Federal they work very closely with the Federal Police and have their own 'investigators' – under-cover personnel. The local Police are State wide – right through-out Australia – they are connected via computers.

For 10 long agonising and terrifying years I have been withstanding and fighting back against this specific form of corruption. I am and have been alone in this fight.

16 June 2006 approx– Two ex-under cover Police (re-run) were interviewed by the ABC. They spoke candidly about their job descriptions. It was like they personally were responsible for what was being done to myself – and had been for 10 years. (1998 – 2009 so far)
THAT IS A FACT that can not be denied.
In essence this is what they stated;

Its intent is to serious maim, force persons into suicide or insanity, premature death via stroke or heart attack or cancer due to severe stress. Include -Accidental death; ie: via gas leaks under mobilehomes, brakes continuously mal-adjusted – vehicle accidents. Shot at (Pauline Hansen)
Many persons are incited to commit acts against the persons, in my case namely – The trucking Fraternity; trying to ram vehicle (under-cover staff work within this industry) and many others

That by law is attempted murder or indeed murder. Include - Murder by accidental death.

Innocent persons have everything removed: homes, family, friends,finances, furniture, even vehicles. They are forced into isolation; via; forced to RUN AND RUN AND RUN via fear and discrediting. They are LURED away by persons who then simply vanish. The are forced into poverty living in cars or on the streets.

They are continuously attacked so as their stories if repeated appear more and more incredulous.
They are branded 'extremely dangerous', 'paranoid', 'mentally unsound/unstable' etc.
Their police files are coded so the police know how to treat them when stopped or detained.
The Attorney General's can stamp their court files 'non-interference' that implies that not one person is allowed to assist the person – innocent or not ie: they are continuously denied the right to any legal assistance.
All human rights are removed.
No legal assistance allowed. Forced to self-represent against Prosecutors, District Prosecutors and many Crown solicitors, alone and in apparent 'closed court rooms'.
No right to housing – public or otherwise
No right to health treatment – even when teeter tottering on quadriplegia. No dentures or dental, no eye checks, no glasses. No ambulance care.
No right to work – black-banned by Government agencies and other via Centrelink. Forced to remain on a Centrelink pension as a means to control.
No right to media exposure.
No political intervention is allowed.
No right to compensation. No right to Privacy.
Persons are continuously kept under surveillance, year after year no matter where they attempt to run and hide. Repeatedly cut off pension as a means to force back out into the open. Your taxes pay for this.
They are the hunted. The fugitives of the Australia Government, until a miserable lone death.
I am a fighter against this form of corruption and ask for your assistance and support.

We the citizens of Australia are seeking an urgent Royal Commission into this form of corruption, using Ann Gregory's case/s as proof. We ask that Mr Rudd places an immediate halt to this form of corruption which is seen as attempted murder or murder of innocent persons created and caused by Centrelink and the Police both state and federal.
We call for resignations and or dismissals of the perpetrators if the Royal Commission finds guilt.
It is in direct breach of our Constitutional Rights, Human rights in State and Federal matters and that of the UNODC TREATY: Council against Crime and Corruption, Disability Rights (Ann is a disabled citizen-severe spine injuries etc) It is committed atrocities against the citizens.
