THE CIA - A TERRORIST ORGANISATION? NOT YES WE CAN, BUT YES IT IS.

I can remember saying, on this very site in fact, and on 7th March 2007, that the CIA (Central Intelligence Organisation) was acting like a terrorist organisation and by the looks of things,
I was damned right.

A secret report, only released days ago, highlight incidents whereby CIA operatives 'interviewed' various so-called 'high-value' prisoners through techniques that were, apart from being in breach of International Law and the Geneva Convention, also inhumane and highly improper.

Try these instances.

One prisoner was threatened with the rape of his mother, the other threatened with his wife and kids being killed, another one was hooded while some bloody halfwit started up a chainsaw near his head and yet another one was threatened with a loaded weapon aimed at his head.

And indeed there were more incidents.

Add to these cases other activities that the CIA, with the full knowledge of the Bush administration, and one can only conclude that the CIA adopted and practiced terrorism methods and tactics.

So the CIA looked like a terrorist organisation, smelled like one, then it was and is still is one.

So what now?

First of all, all those responsible, including Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheeney and Rice as well as the operatives involved should be hauled before an International Court to be tried with breaches of International Law, the Geneva Convention and other conventions to which the U.S. is a signatory.

The CIA should, and now will be, excluded from interviews involving high-value prisoners. Any statement, evidence given by and against any of the prisoners involved, is now no longer sound evidence in law and the cases against these people can no longer be regarded as fair justice, regardless of what they may or may not have engaged in.

I indeed, would go so far as the CIA being 'listed' as a terrorist organisation meaning that those supporting, funding or otherwise supporting the CIA, would and perhaps should be prosecuted.

It all goes to show. Justice U.S.-style under the Bush administration was rough justice indeed.
