A 4-year-old boy died aboard new attraction "Mission: Space" at the Epcot centre in Florida.

The ride offers a simulation of a rocket launch, but the intense ride was closed after Daudi Bamuwamye died in hospital.

The attraction reopened just days later after it was found to be operating correctly.

To prevent such accidents happening signs are put up in warning, but the question is raised about whether this is really enough.

However, permanent theme parks don't have to report problems as rides are allowed to be regulated by inside inspectors, but in order to help with the warnings about safety on theme park rides it was agreed that safety information would be shared between parks in 2001.
